We will guarantee you a lower price on your new home* by at least 3% as opposed to any other licensed contractor operating in our service area. If you already have a bid, bring it to us for a comparison. If you do not have one, we stand behind our guarantee that we will be at least 3% less on an "apples to apples" contract.
